Here at Protexia we believe that all of our customers should be happy with the service they receive.  If for some reason within the first 30 days of your service you’re not happy with our services then you can get your money back or cancel your service with no notice required.

There are a few conditions to this:

• You must notify us within the first 30 days of your order being accepted.
• Customised products and certain others are excluded, such as:
  • Domain Names
  • SSL Certificates
  • Built-to-Order Servers
  • Cloud Connected/Leased Lines
    • These have their own specific policies on cancellations during the order process.
  • Semi-Private and Private Cloud
  • Software Licenses
• Setup fees where charged

If you’re not happy and for some reason we’ve not been able to resolve things to your satisfaction and you’d like to claim, then please open up a ticket from your My Protexia client area.
