Complaints Procedure
We pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy, so much so we still have a number of our first customers from when we started in 2000. We do everything we can to make sure you don’t get to the point of needing to complain, however some of our providers require us to have a clearly defined complaints procedure on our website.
If for whatever reason you do find you’re unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received then we want to know right away. You can talk to us, you can email, you can write to us or you can even sit down and meet with us if you want.
If we don’t know about it, we can’t put it right.
